I'VE PLACED MY ORDER - WHEN WILL I BE GETTING MY HANDS ON MY NEW PIECES?
If you're in Australia, we offer complimentary shipping on all our orders! Once it's with the courier, it can take between 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Tracking information will be made available as soon as it's on its way to you.
For international orders, free shipping is included for orders over $100.
It's a flat rate of $20 AUD for standard postage anywhere in the world.
Express shipping is offered free of charge for orders over $300 AUD.
Once it's with the courier, it can take between 4-10 business days. VK NG THE LABEL won't be responsible or liable for shipping or customs, taxes and/or duty charges and any loss or damages of the item during transit. If the delivery is not claimed, VK NG THE LABEL is not responsible for re-delivery of the item/s and shipping fees will be be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: orders that are placed before 3PM Australian Eastern Standard Time will be sent to the courier on the same day. During peak periods, there may be delays outside of our control which may impact delivery times.
Whilst we will try our best to assist you with your orders, please ensure that addresses are correctly entered at checkout. We're unable to control international orders once they are with the courier in your country, and you may need to contact them directly regarding deliveries once they have been dispatched from our Australian couriers.
I'VE ACCIDENTALLY PUT THROUGH THE WRONG ADDRESS - WHAT CAN I DO?
If the item hasn't left our Warehouse yet we can do our best to get that changed over for you - please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible so we can take a look!
WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your VK NG THE LABEL pieces. If you don't, you have up to 7 days from the day you receive your items to return your items in exchange for a credit note: just touch base with us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can log your return on our system.
Please note: exchanges need to be returned to us in unworn, unused, unsoiled, undamaged and unwashed condition with all tags included and attached. For size replacement requests, we'll organise this for you pending stock availability. In the case that the item is no longer stocked in your size, store credit will be applied to your account. For exchanges, VK NG THE LABEL will not be responsible or liable for shipping or customs, taxes and/or duty charges and any loss or damages of the item during transit. Any items returned outside of this exchange period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. VK NG THE LABEL will not pay to return these items to you.
Sale items,swimwear and bodysuits are strictly excluded from this policy, however it does not impeach your consumer rights in the case that there is a major fault or the product is different from what is advertised.
The credit note will be issued in the form of a gift card which can be used to purchase a replacement.
I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM - WHAT CAN I DO?
At VK NG THE LABEL we inspect every single piece of garment we send out to you to ensure that it meets our quality inspection before it reaches you. If you, unfortunately, do receive a faulty item please contact our team email@example.com as soon as possible so we can remedy this for you. If a faulty item is to be returned to us for inspection please ensure that it remains in the condition you received it (unworn, unused, unsoiled and unwashed) with all tags intact and attached.
